Fabulous evening for dinner. We were served by Sandro who is one of the most attentive members of the hospitality team. Sandro made such an impression on my grandad and made him feel 20 years younger when speaking Italian to him! 100% recommend and will be coming back!

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. The staff are absolute lovely! Brilliant service, good food - highly recommend. Sandro is an excellent example of what wonderful customer service should be like. One of my favourite places to eat .

Went there for Valentine's day, really great 3 courses, including a steak that looked and tasted so good that my partner considered giving up being a vegetarian. The waiter Sandro was fantastic, friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Cocktails were lovely too, will definitely go back.

We recently visited The White Swan for a Valentines meal. This is the second time we’ve eaten here and we couldn’t recommend the place enough, the Atmosphere is so relaxed yet elegant, the staff are really friendly and attentive and the food was superb.
Special Mention to Debs who has been exceptional on all out visits, friendly, professional and along with the other staff members really made us feel welcome and added to our experience, Thank you to all the team. We have already booked back in for Mother’s Day and will no doubt be back for a few visits before then.

Had an amazing dining experience at White Swan! We started with grilled tiger prawns and salt & pepper squid both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The highlight of the starters, though, was the scallops, probably the best I’ve had in Birmingham served with a rich, creamy sauce that complemented them beautifully.
For mains, my wife chose the 3-cheese pizza, which was indulgent and packed with flavor, while I went for the rotisserie chicken in a spicy honey sauce. The chicken was juicy, tender, and had just the right balance of sweetness and heat.
On top of the fantastic food, the service was great, attentive, friendly, and efficient. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

Came here for lunch with the family and it was very good lunch. The steaks were cooked very well. Beth, our waitress, was friendly and helpful, it was service with a smile. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
